Question by teckie: What is the Condo Development Requirement for FHA Loan approval in Atlanta GA?
I have built a condo complex in Atlanta, GA. It contains 8 units and we have sold 5 units. I need to get my condo complex FHA approved. Can someone explain the process to get my condo complex FHA approved since we have one unit under contract and the FHA loans are very attractive. I have heard of spot checks which is really quick. Please advice and provide recommendation.

I do not think you should trust an endorsement here either. All that you need to do is

A- try to negotiate with lenders
B-make more money through second and third and Fourth jobs
C-drastically cut spending of all but bare bones living expenses

Feelings are often what get people there and often they are what keeps people there.

NOt trying to be rude but you might want to tap into the bank of mom and dad to get the loans that you need.
NO one on this planet is going to loan you 5500 with a credit score like that and who can blame them.
A score that low is indicative of you being VERY irresponsible in your past! A great indicator of your present is based on your history……
Why not pull your credit report and work on paying down your bills so that you can restore your fiscal reputation
